Shipping
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after full payment is received, except weekends and holidays. At this time, we are unfortunately unable to ship internationally.
Return Policy
Due to the phone activation process with Boost Mobile, the Starter Kit cannot be returned once the phone is activated with Boost Mobile under your name and assigned your local phone number. Refunds of the kit purchase price are only given on the non-activated phone still in the original shipping box. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. If you have opened your box and are unsatisfied with your product, please call us or e-mail us to discuss your issue. We work hard to ensure your satisfaction. All refunds/store credit are given at the discretion of AccuTracking.
Typos and Omissions
While we try very hard to ensure the accuracy of the information we provide we sometimes do make mistatkes on product availability, typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, product pricing errors or omissions. AccuTracking has the right to cancel any orders placed for any product listed at an incorrect price or shown with incorrect information, whether due to typographical error or otherwise and whether or not your order was accepted or your being charged. Upon any such cancellation, if you have already been charged for the purchase, AccuTracking will promptly issue a full refund.
Optional 1 Year AccuTracking Starter Kit Warranty
If you have purchased the 1 year warranty with your starter kit order, the starter kit is covered by the following warranty. Orders without purchase of the Starter Kit Warranty are not covered.
1) What's Covered
Dead or malfunctions due to mechanical or electrical defects in the handset, USB data cable or car charger. This warranty provides a new replacement upon receipt of the original handset or accessories.
2) What's Not Covered
Loss, theft, unauthorized repairs or modifications, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism or damage from environmental or weather conditions.
3) To File a Claim
Contact support@accutracking.com with the following form filled out to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
- Customer name registered in AccuTracking online store:
- The IMEI number of your Boost Mobile phone (IMEI number is located on the horizontal sticker under the phone battery)
- AccuTracking account name and password:
- Tracker ID of the dead/malfunctioned phone:
- Description of the problem:
4) Exclusions
AccuTracking will not be responsible for Loss caused by or resulting from any of the following: Delay, loss of market, loss of use, or any other causes of consequential loss, including (but not limited to) losses arising from loss of time, inconvenience, lost profits or savings or other incidental, special, or consequential damages.
