Return Policy
Due to the phone activation process with Nextel, the Starter Kit cannot be returned once the phone is activated with Nextel under your name and assigned your local phone number. Refunds of the purchase price are only given on the non-activated phone still in the original shipping box. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. If you have opened your box and are unsatisfied with your product, please call us or e-mail us to discuss your issue. We work hard to ensure your satisfaction. All refunds/store credit are given at the discretion of AccuTracking.
